Along with a well equipped staff, this
department also has modern labs as prescribed by
the MSBTE. This department has produced
many qualified engineers for mechanical
industry.
Students undergoing Mechanical Engineering
course have a universal acceptance in all types
of industries. It is factual belief in
industrial sector that a Mechanical Engineer is
a versatile person. These students prefer
to start their career as production supervisors
on shop floor and acquire managerial positions.
They have voluminous opportunities in Research &
Development, design, production and maintenance
departments of the Industries. They can
start their own workshop or Industry. The
passed out students of this course hold
positions of great responsibility in the
industries. Few of them have become
Entrepreneurs by establishing their own
Industrial Units.
